Shipping & returns
Every Crit Hit set is prepared by a small team in Richmond, Indiana. Here is what to expect from the moment you order through delivery, returns, and refunds.
Order preparation
Because our ceramic dice are prepared and inspected by hand, please allow up to two weeks before your order ships. Many orders leave sooner. Once the carrier has your package, we will email tracking information to the address used at checkout.
Shipping rates
Checkout always displays the final available shipping method before payment. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.
Returns
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Send us your order number and the reason for the return first so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
If an item arrives incorrect or defective, we will work with you and cover approved return postage. For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund timing
After an approved return reaches us, allow three to five business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or card issuer may need an additional five to ten business days to place the credit on your account.
